Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of HC ESS, the Employee Self Service mobile application integrated with Odoo, and related services provided by Hash Code IT Solutions Est. By accessing or using the app, you agree to comply with these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using HC ESS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

Use of the Application

HC ESS is an Employee Self Service (ESS) mobile application integrated with Odoo. It is intended for employees whose organization has enabled the service. Features may include employee attendance (check-in and check-out), time off requests, payslip downloads, and document requests.

Users agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in line with their employer's policies.
• Provide accurate and complete information when using the app.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, Odoo, or related services.

User Accounts

Access is provided to employees through accounts provisioned by the employer or organization administrator. Users may not create independent consumer accounts unless expressly allowed by their organization.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• All activities that occur under their account.
• Informing their organization or administrator of any unauthorized access.

Hash Code IT Solutions Est. and the relevant organization reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app's functionality.
• Use the app in a way that could damage the system or affect other users.
• Share payslips, documents, or other employer records outside channels permitted by their organization.

Payments

HC ESS does not process in-app payments. Any compensation, benefits, or payroll matters remain between the employee and their employer.

Data and Privacy

The application may collect certain information to provide and improve the service, including location data when you check in or check out for attendance. Your use of the app is also governed by our Mobile App Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design within HC ESS are the property of Hash Code IT Solutions Est. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the application running smoothly. However, Hash Code does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may update or modify features at any time. Availability may also depend on your employer's Odoo configuration and connectivity.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hash Code IT Solutions Est. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Termination

We or your organization may suspend or terminate access to the app if users violate these Terms and Conditions, misuse the service, or when employment or authorization ends.

Questions
